At SuiteRituals, we work to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new product drops), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship only within the United States.
Available shipping method:

3. Delays & Carrier Issues
Shipping delays may occur due to:

Once your order is handed to the carrier, SuiteRituals is not responsible for delays outside our control.

4. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
SuiteRituals is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received.
If this happens, please check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier.
We will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
