SuiteRituals – Return & Refund Policy

At SuiteRituals, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The item arrived damaged,

  • The item arrived defective,

  • The item received is incorrect, or

  • The product is missing components.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition it was received,

  • Unused,

  • With all original packaging.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or non-defective products.


2. Return Process

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video of the defect/damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Sale items

  • Non-defective products


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed because processing may have begun.
